The Role: Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales and Account Manager at Leafcloud, you will be crucial in driving our growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, developing tailored solutions, and showcasing the unique benefits of our European, competitive, and, did we mention green cloud services.  

Your strategic mindset, quick thinking, and passion will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals. Our clients range from NGOs and startups to SMEs and corporates, all leveraging digital, cloud, and (increasingly) AI for their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our green cloud solutions, including SME and Enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize their satisfaction and success
  • Stay on top of industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate our offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or sustainability sector
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and related technologies and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, required to build rapport and gain influence at all levels of an organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that goes above and beyond to produce results
  • Passionate and proactive, allowing you to thrive in a nimble startup environment
  • A “can do” mentality, willing to do both strategic as well as operational activities
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Happy with a hybrid work environment, minimum 3 days a week on-site at our lively office
