The Role: Front-End Developer
As a Front-End Developer at Leafcloud, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces for our platform. You will play a key role in creating seamless experiences for our users, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript (React), React context, and other front-end frameworks like Vue.js. In addition, you will have experience with Node.js (Express), Webpack, and Git, enabling you to collaborate effectively with our full-stack development team. With at least 5 years of experience, you will bring craft, expertise, and creativity to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript (React) and other front-end frameworks like Vue.js, ensuring optimal user experience across devices and browsers
- Utilize React context to manage application state and facilitate data flow between components, ensuring scalability and maintainability of our front-end codebase
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, using Node.js (Express) to build RESTful APIs and Webpack to bundle and optimize assets
- Implement best practices for front-end development, including code organization, modularization, and optimization techniques, to enhance performance and maintainability of our applications
- Utilize Git for version control and collaboration, following established workflows and contributing to code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Stay on top of emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks to improve our development process and enhance our applications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in front-end web development, with a focus on JavaScript (React), React context, and other front-end frameworks like Vue.js
- Proficiency in Node.js (Express) for server-side development and Webpack for bundling and optimizing assets
- Strong understanding of Git and version control best practices, with experience collaborating with distributed teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate design mockups and requirements into interactive user interfaces
- At least a Bachelor's degree or more in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
