As we continue to expand, we're looking for a nimble, creative, and dynamic Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our next-generation applications.
The Role: Product Owner
As a Product Owner at Leafcloud, you will be the driving force behind the development of our Leafcloud platform, ensuring they meet the needs of our stakeholders and deliver an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating user stories, wireframing applications, and leading our tech team in an Agile/SCRUM environment. You will be the bridge between our tech and business teams. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products and driving our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories, defining acceptance criteria and ensuring a shared understanding among all team members
- Develop wireframes and mockups to visualize application features and workflows, solicit stakeholder feedback, and iterate as needed
- Lead and manage a cross-functional tech team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements
- Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, provide regular stakeholder updates and foster open communication channels
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance our applications, facilitating innovation and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and practices, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to gather and prioritize requirements, create user stories, and develop wireframes for web applications
- Technical background, with knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, etc.)
- At least a Bachelor's degree or more in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Happy with a hybrid work environment, minimum 3 days a week on-site at our lively office
